    Randy sets mentoring priorities and schedules with Youth Pastors for Senior Pastor approval.

    Youth Pastors have 24/7 access to Randy via email, text, phone, or Facebook.

    A scheduled weekly call or Skype session between Randy and the Youth Pastor.

    Randy submits a progress report to the Senior Pastor every month.

Randy’s book has been one of the best and most eye opening books I’ve read in awhile. It highlights the very issues that many youth groups face, with starting up or those that have a basis already. The best thing about it is that the very things you read about still are affecting youth groups today. The experience he shares hit right at home for me, many of which I witnessed as I was a teenager in many different youth groups.

I’m going into my 10th year of full time ministry. I know how to grow youth numbers. I know how to plan an amazing youth event. I know how to develop a lesson and speak clearly on stage. However, this is the first time I’ve had a weekly mentor holding me accountable in my spiritual walk and also the growth of the Youth. Randy has helped me think through “going deeper” in ministry.
