Onboarding

Randy sets mentoring priorities and schedules with Youth Pastors for Senior Pastor approval.

Direct Access

Youth Pastors have 24/7 access to Randy via email, text, phone, or Facebook.

Weekly Check In

A scheduled weekly call or Skype session between Randy and the Youth Pastor.

Monthly Reporting

Randy submits a progress report to the Senior Pastor every month.

Quarterly Meetings

Randy facilitates a face-to-face group meeting for all mentored Youth Pastors.
