For over 31 years, Randy Don has been a powerful voice for the next generation. As a seasoned motivational speaker and mentor, he specializes in helping young people navigate the complexities of adversity, identity, and personal integrity.
Known for his high-energy delivery and transparent storytelling, Randy connects with students from all walks of life—from inner-city schools to rural communities. His mission is simple yet profound: to equip students and leaders with the strategic tools they need to move from impulsive choices to a life of purpose and impact.

Randy graduated from Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. He also studied at West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Randy and Lori have been supporting young people for over 30 years. Randy used to lead Speed-the-Light and Youth Alive in Michigan.
Randy wants to help change lives for God’s kingdom. He uses scripture, humor, and stories to motivate young people to live a devoted and Spirit-filled life.
